No data out today to digest but the week does get a bit busier from here.

Tomorrow, we have GDP and unemployment claims, Friday is the most important day with the PCE, Personal Income, and the Purchasing Managers Index. The markets today are mostly flat on the day in anticipation of the rest of the week. With the recent improvement in rates, heading into news that could hurt and a holiday weekend, I think it is a good idea to lock.

WSJ shared a piece on the American Dream and how it feels out of reach.

The American Dream Feels Out of Reach for Most – WSJ. I am including two of the graphics which tell much of the story of the article. Having two daughters who are now old enough to think about buying a home, the story hit close to home. 93% of people want to buy a home but only 9% think it is easy. We as an industry need to do a better job of educating.
